With all kinds of indoor and outdoor fun, Wagga is a great place to visit with the kids in tow. There
are plenty of activities and attractions to keep them busy for days such as the Botanic Gardens,
indoor play centres, a bowling alley and movie theatre.

Hours and hours of indoor fun
If it’s raining or too hot, there’s a few places you can go and enjoy hours of fun for the kids and a few
minutes of peace and quiet for mum and dad too.
For the younger kids, head to Tiny Town [https://www.tinytownplaycentre.com/] for ages 0-6 or
Noah’s Ark Indoor Play Centre [https://napcwagga.com.au/] for ages 1-12. Older kids will be kept
occupied and active with indoor trampolining at Flip Out [https://www.facebook.com/Flip-Out-
Trampoline-Arena-918530301571203/].

Fun for the whole family
For a fun-filled family day out, you can’t go past Wagga’s stunning Botanic Gardens
just a five-minute drive from us at the Club Motel.
Grab some special animal feed from Little El Café  in the gardens and enjoy making friends at the zoo. You’ll see all kinds of Australian animals from kangaroos and emus, through to birds and even a wombat. There are also peacocks roaming the area freely (don’t get too close though!) and an area for all of your farmyard favourites too. If the kids still have plenty of energy afterwards, head to the two playgrounds or wander through different areas of the gardens like the rainforest, bamboo gardens, and cacti and succulent garden.
On the first and third Sunday of each month, hop aboard the Willans Hill Miniature Railway for a ride through
the Botanic Gardens.

Enjoy a night out with the kids
After a big day, you can continue the fun with a casual dinner at one of our local pubs. Many have
with kids play areas like Romano’s Hotel or the Kooringal Hotel. For those families with a competitive streak, head to the Wagga Bowl & Diner  for a round or two of bowling. Don’t despair if you strike out, you can always enjoy a yummy dinner in their American-style diner. Right next door is the Forum 6 Cinemas where you can kick back and relax afterwards, taking in a new release film.

Here at the Club Motel, we’re in a great central location for families visiting Wagga. Just metres away is the Oasis Regional Aquatic Centre , a playground and plenty of open space while close by you can also find plenty of shopping and places to eat. Our affordable family rooms  include two bedrooms with a queen and two single beds, or our sister property Globe Apartments also has two bedroom apartments which are perfect for those wanting extra space or a longer stay. If you’re looking for more great things to see and do around the city, head to the Visit Wagga
website.
